This was a lovely hotel. Centrally located, friendliest staff of any hotel we’ve ever stayed and the customer service was outstanding. Would absolutely stay here again.

room was a very nice, smaller bathroom. bed was not so comfortable, but nice views.

Hot water for tea, coffee and milk ran out. No one was checking for empties. Registration desk had to get refills when not checking out guests on a sunday morning. We waited and waited. I lost 10 mins for a pitch bc client went chasing staff for coffee and milk refill.
