It was my boyfriend’s first time at a Aloft hotel and he loved it. He said it’s one of the best hotels he’s been at. We will be coming back. Room was nice and big. Thank you!

The blinds were broken and they couldn’t fix them. The front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager never reached out and no one tried to rectify the situation. I have stayed at this hotel over 20 times and disappointed on how they handled a returning customer.
