the service and ambiance was fantastic. my only minor complaint was room service. we ordered a meal once in the evening and then ordered breakfast the following morning. both times the food arrived cold. when I mentioned it to the front desk they immediately removed the meals from our bill and apologized.

Very comfortable bed. Room was a bit small but I expected it. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

2nd consecutive stay here where the in room phone (to call valet, which I paid a high fee for) simply doesn’t work. Which means waiting 15-20 mins for your car when you give the ticket to the (excellent) valet crew. TV is also in the stone ages.
