Great property and location. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional and one was dressed like a homeless. And one security item I asked to be repaired never was in our two days.

Very short staffed. Only one elevator worked and it took 15 minutes to get on. The front desk evening attendant was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate.
