It was very nice. I wish I had more to compliment on it but I was from out of town for a funeral for my very best friend so I was very distraught. I do know it was very comforting.

check in was a breeze! they were very polite at front desk. room was spacious, clean and comfy. there was a tub, it was great to soak with some Epsom salt from so much walking. check out was easy too.

Hilton honors member, I've stayed at this location multiple times. I specifically asked way ahead of time, checked again the following morning. Made specific instructions on my initial reservation for a specific room with a balcony. Only to be denied. It is not 1st come 1st served. It is not of you make plans. Denied because of my race.
