After traveling all day, I arrived at 10:30 PM with a reservation and was told they were cleaning the rooms and to “take a seat,” as it would be at least 45 minutes before the room was ready, but weren’t really sure. What a joke. I went down the street and checked into another hotel with zero issues. Do yourself a favor and don’t book here.
