all good, except the fitness room which was neglected, run down and had no remote for the TV .

The elevator has not been working for over a month even though the check in person said it had just been a day. We were put on the 3rd floor, which meant climbing 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. I’m 80 and my wife is only a few years younger. Think we deserve a refund of a substantial portion of our cost for the room !
