The floor left your feet dirty - noticed when took showers. Also- UV flashlight revealed bodily fluid stains on both sides of couch cushion fabric. Needs a cleaning. Bed was fine, by the way!

mini fridge had a leak and created a huge puddle on the floor. I mentioned this to the desk and they were sorry. that is not okay for a hotel room.
who would pay for a room that creates a giant puddle of water? luckily none of our electronics or bags were on the area.
this kind of issue should be an immediate offer of compensation. ridiculous
