The location was great. Room was fine until the air conditioner stopped working and the room was uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Valet was comped but they need to fix their air conditioner.

Complicated procedure to recover items left in room . Valet checkout was not smooth. Over $100 “incidental” charges in addition to $309 room charge. Inadequate communication. Indifferent staff.
