The room was extremely warm, and it didn’t seem like the AC was working! Loud, because our window faced downtown fells. Otherwise, the service was wonderful and the staff was amazing.

The entrance should have doorman because the door slams shut . Caught my arm and caused a tear in the skin. It is now 3 days later and my arm is still bleeding.
