Need better front desk staff. The ladies that work in the evenings suck!!. It almost felt like racism or prejudice like personalities. It is something I've never felt from Marriott. Hence why I am a platinum member.

There were a pair of dirty socks in the drawer, the shower was so clogged you couldn’t stay in it very long, and had to wait 15 mins for it to drain before someone else could use. Good location though.
