The room was super modern, the bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and help with check-in, which was done very quickly. The rooftop bar and restaurant was delicious and they even gave a coupon when you check in and the food was reasonably priced

Water kept dropping out in the room, for at least an hour or two. Kept us from taking showers, brushing teeth, etc and left us shivering and half soaped up in the shower with no way to rinse off.
Desk offered apologies but no compensation.
