Staff is super nice, helpful, and the setting is really serene. Rooms were a great price and the entire lodge is well away from the immediate hustle and bustle of Helen but still very near by.

Always an enjoyable stay . Beautiful views. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. No complaints.

The beds are made improperly (no inner sheet) leading me without covers, no extra blankets in the room, and leading me to have one of the worst nights of sleep I've ever had. Also cockroaches seen.
