Had an amazing stay at the Watergate. The service was fantastic and the staff at the front deck really made difference from time to check in to helping with our stay and having to change a room expectedly. Love this place and I’ll definitely be back.

First 2 rooms did not have hot water, 3ed room had hot water but almost no AC. Rooms are old. Definitely mediocre hotel.
