This place was fabulous, and especially fabulous for the price. Great service at the front desk, a good restaurant/room service if that’s your thing, and a great location for exploring Chicago. 24/7 gym on floor 2 was a big plus too.

Stuck is in a tiny room with tiny bed and a view of a wall. It smells like cigarettes. To upgrade to a king bed we were quoted $100. I would leave if we could get money back
