Lovely hotel. Beware. My Hotel Tonight reservation did not sync with their system. And even though I showed them my confirmation and receipt, they did not accept it. It was a long check in process to figure it out.

Omg the staff is beyond amazing. They made us feel at home.. they didn’t treat us like guest. ALLLLL of them from the door guy, valet ,front desk, bartender, servers, maintenance, and everyone there was beyond amazing. I’m going back to Birmingham just so that I can stay here again….

Room keys could not be activated & we had to wait for staff to let us in our room each time we came back to our room. Front desk receptionist said we’d be notified when it would be fixed like it was a new issue but another employee stated they had been taking people up to their rooms for months.
