I was charged $176 from Hotel Tonight and then I was charged $250 from the actual hotel VOCO. I'm just wondering which was the real price and when does the authorization charge fall off.

The manager was so rude. It was disgusting. He called the police because they didn’t check out within five minutes of checkout time. I will never stay here again. Disgusting treatment from all of the staff except for one girl that worked at the front desk.
