LOVED this place! They gave me a corner room with a view of the Empire State Building. Everyone was so nice. I loved loved loved this stay.

There was a faint smell of cigarettes, but the room was very large and nice. I’d stay there again

The staff were incredibly nice (my beef is not with them at all) but the room was disappointing. The shower didn’t have a shower curtain, the tub had issues, the TV remote didn’t work, etc.
