This place is awesome. Super new and clean…event the fan vent in the bathroom had NO DUST! Staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Delivered an item I needed to my room in less than 5 minutes. Will stay here again for sure

Would not let me cancel for a future credit when I made the mistake of booking within 5 minutes of hitting purchase. I understand cancellation policies, but I use HT a lot and would be booking pretty soon again in the future. Very frustrating.
