18+ to book.- A $250 charge will be assessed for any smoking in rooms (there is NO smoking allowed in any of our rooms, please don't do this!). Check-out is at 11 a.m., and a late check-out fee of $25 applies up until 1 p.m. based on availability. A pet fee of $25 per stay is non-refundable, you must have a reservation for a pet-friendly room. A $25 charge will be applied for non-returned keys. Sessions Retreat is not responsible for any damages to personal property occurring in the parking lot. All amenities and common event spaces shall be treated with reverence and respect and returned to the state in which they were found. If any additional cleaning is needed by Sessions staff, we reserve the right to charge $150 an hour for any additional cleanup efforts.
