the gentleman who checked us in at 3a after our flights were delayed deserves a raise. he was about to leave and gave us ten star customer care :) didnt catch his name but he was amazing! we loved how cozy the room was and the hotel itself was cute and boutiquey

Room was adequate, but had just been painted and the fumes were obnoxious. Also, bunk beds, and bottom bunk literally touched the floor. Staff was great, location good, but was noisy with other guests at late hours. Also, water pressure for shower was extremely poor and hot water took at least ten minutes to become lukewarm warm.
