This hotel exceeded expectations- the room was amazing!!! Also easy walk to SoHo and the east village- would love to stay here again.

The elevators and hallways were very dirty. The front desk was unmanned at times. They told me at 3:07 pm that check-in was now past 4 pm because I “booked late.” Room worn and lighting system janky.
