The check in staffer was highly professional. He was extraordinary helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and gracious! His courtesy was far beyond what is normally expected. Truly appreciated his efforts at welcoming and making me feel a valued customer. Everything else about the stay - including cleanliness of the room was superb.
