Lovely amenities in this hotel. So many places to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding scenery.

Bathroom had muddy shoe smears and hair on the floor and hair on the bed. Bathroom was then cleaned to satisfaction. Bed was remade with WET bedsheets and down pillows (reservation specified down feather allergy which was communicated to front desk multiple times).
