Room was apartment style (with everything you’d need!) and very clean. Be aware that this hotel only offers one double bed, so there are no rooms that can accommodate 3 guests. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The hotel has not had any hot water. The last few days in London it has been 90 degrees, we are sweaty, sticky and unable to wash properly. We wish to be compensated for the inconvenience. A email has been sent to the office and we have yet to receive a response.
