The room was a bit old. Vents and AC need updating. But very nice, spacious room with floor to ceiling windows. Bathroom looks newer.

Customer Service was terrible. They don’t care of their guests or requests. There was a bunch of people being loud after hours, we complained 4 times and nothing happened. Didn’t sleep all night
