I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, especially regarding how they treat Marriott reward members who book through third-party sites for better rates. During check-in, I was never asked for my photo ID and was unexpectedly charged a $250 incidental fee. The attitudes of both the employees and management were unprofessional and unhelpful
