Love this hotel! I always stay at the portala when I’m in the Monterrey area. Beautiful and clean hotel, comfy beds, perfect central location.

Loud vibrating noises coming through our wall every hour, kept up my kids I’m assuming it was the HVAC system. When we turned on the shower it would rattle and shake the wall loudly indicating some sort of plumbing issue as well.
