Very small but fine for our needs, a place to crash after dancing all night at a concert. Conveniently located for our needs and relatively affordable for NY. Just make sure you’re comfy with your travel partner’s bathroom habits as there is little privacy haha

I want to speak to customer service about a refund. This was an awful experience and I need my money back. I couldn’t even get into the hotel last night so I slept outside. This was a waste and I want to speak to someone immediately
