This hotel claimed we stayed for 3 days instead of one and have continued to charge us $500 / day for no reason and when we tried to solve the issue the front desk staff refused to connect us with management and said our only option was to come back to the property if we wanted to speak to someone.

- Rate displayed is per night, per room. Each room is guaranteed to fit 2 people. Extra guests are at the hotel’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.
- Advanced reservations are now required to enjoy a pool bed (holidays and weekends only, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.) Pool beds can be reserved in 3-hour increments at no charge (maximum 2 persons per pool bed) and private cabanas may be reserved for a $400 food and beverage minimum spend for a 4-hour period (maximum 4 persons per cabana.)
