21+ to book.- Valued Guests- We are excited to be redesigning our main entrance and adding a stunning new lobby with a bar and lounge that will overlook our marina. Renovation will be from 07/07/25 - 12/18/25. All guests will be staying in our unaffected building overlooking Mallory Square and the Ocean. Work will be completed Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Our Restaurant, Spa, Pool & Sunset Pier will be operating as normal.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in room 411 with the full sunset view. Room had everything we wanted and right in the middle of town.

Under major construction which I did not know when booking. Service was great but the elevator smelled very badly like sewage as well.
