The woman at the front desk was so nice and accommodating when I booked a room late at night. When I arrived she had everything ready for me and had placed me in a nicer room without me even asking for an upgrade. She made my day.

We did not even stay here because the pictures were not reflective of the experience. We left 10 minutes after check-in and went to Gardiner House instead.
