Can’t beat location and view from the rooftop. Front desk was also very friendly and hospitable, will hold your bags for early arrival.

You pay for the location when you stay here. Solid. AC wasn’t working on my floor when I was there but it didn’t bother me. It was May and temperatures dropped to below 60 F at night so it was very comfortable
