Late Arrivals (After 11 PM): A $20 plus tax fee applies to check-ins after 11:00 PM. Advance notice is required to check in after hours.
Before 11:00 PM: Contact us 24–48 hours in advance. Failure to provide advance notice for arrivals after 11:00 PM will result in an irreversible "No Show" status. In these instances, check-in is unavailable and payments are non-refundable.

Self-Parking: $45 plus tax per vehicle per night. Parking is limited and subject to availability upon arrival. We cannot accommodate trailers, box trucks, RVs, and oversized vans.
Early Check-in: Price varies (before 4:00 PM), based on availability.
Late Check-out: $75 plus tax (up to 4:00 PM), based on availability.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons for single room. We do not have rooms with two beds.
Children under 17 stay free with an accompanying adult.
We do not offer cribs or roll-away beds.
To ensure the comfort and security of all our guests, our hotel's amenities and facilities are for registered guests only. Only individuals listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
Incidental Hold:
Upon check-in, a $55 per night pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card.
This is a temporary pending hold, not a charge.
The hold will be released after check-out, provided no incidental charges are incurred or services/items are not purchased.
Release times vary by bank; it may take 7-10 business days for debit card funds to become available again.
House Rules Smoking Policy:
Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. This includes all rooms, balconies, hallways, corridors, the courtyard, the pool area, and the parking lot.
A damage fee will be assessed for any violation. No refunds will be given.
Pets & Service Animals:
No pets are allowed on the property.
Service animals are welcome, but they may not be left unattended.
Per the ADA, emotional support animals are not considered service animals and are not permitted.
Cleaning & Damages:
A $87.76 (tax inclusive) cleaning fee applies to all reservations to ensure our high standard of cleanliness.
You are financially responsible for any damages to the property or missing items. Your card on file will be charged for the market value of repairs or replacements.
Parties & Noise:
No open-door parties, loud music, or illegal substances are permitted.
Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.
Pool Usage:
The pool is for all guests to enjoy. Please be respectful of others, follow basic safety rules, and keep music at a moderate level.
No music is allowed at the pool after 8:00 PM.
Early Departure Policy
Prepaid Reservations: Early departure results in a 100% forfeiture of the total stay cost. No refunds will be issued for any unused nights.
Reservation Policy No Resale or Transfer:
Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
The person whose name is on the reservation must be the person who checks in. A valid photo ID and credit card in that same name are required.
This policy protects all parties from fraud. We cannot honor any reservation that has been sold or transferred.
Reservations cannot be made for speculative, fraudulent, or reselling purposes without a prior written agreement with the hotel.
Force Majeure:
In the event of an emergency or an "Act of God" that makes it impossible for you to travel, you may contact us to discuss a refund and cancellation.
