The bed was definitely hard. I didn't like the bed at all.

Wasn’t as I expected but ended up working out. The bathroom grout had diminished to pebbles which was weird. It’s an old building. Again it worked for what I needed insuch short amount of time.

The valet was a nightmare. Check-in was basically impossible. We are supposed to be getting a refund from the hotel.
