Everything from Valet, check in, room, restaurant and shops were amazing. We had a great view of the Gulf and the hotel Christmas decorations were top tier!

Service was pretty good until we left some expensive things in our room and mysteriously no one found them! The security service trying to investigate. It was horrible and very sneaky and shady.
