Surprisingly large bathroom with tons of space and almost brand new remodeled, we enjoyed our stay even more than expected!

The newly renovated rooms are perfect. Liked the bathroom products as well. Location is excellent. The lobby looks to be awaiting renovation. I found gyms near the Palais Garnier as well that worked well.

I’m not sure in what world this hotel is considered “Luxe”. The hotel is under renovation. Half the floor we were staying on is under construction. The AC in the room did not work. Half of the electrical sockets in the room did not work. There were stairs in the room to get UP to the bathroom. Would not recommend.
