Everyone is super friendly, it feels modern, but the housekeeping was lackluster. The pillows were also uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore neck every night during my 3 night stay.

The bed was uncomfortable for this level of hotel. Also, the entire place was uncomfortably cold. My room smelled of exhaust from the construction in the area. The upside was the service was spot on. However, no one had change to break a large bill to make tips.
