Disappointed that the rooftop bar was not open. Also one of the elevators was out of service. Ended up using staircase.

The hotel was clean and the room size is bigger than most rooms in nyc. Front desk people were nice. The beds are all full sized, no queens. So be prepared. But I would go back again.

They had no availability after I booked this room. Sent me to another hotel in a different location and handled the situation poorly .
