This is our favorite place to stay in NYC! The service is great, staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are quiet and clean. Location is fantastic! This was our third time staying here! We love it and recommend to all our friends!

My fire alarm went off in the morning for no reason and woke me up out of dead sleep. It was super alarming. The maintenance guy then took 45 minutes to clean it and put it back on the wall. I was just exhausted. I appreciate that there was no emergency of course.
