The staff was great and assisted me with my bags. Loved the lighting and the modern feel of the room. Very well managed and maintained. Looked exactly like the pictures.

Easy check-in, clean, good lighting. Bathroom wallpaper peeling above shower and should be fixed. Other than that, not bad for union square

The room they gave me was right in front of the hotel bar and I could hear music blasting at night and also in the morning starting at 7am when the bar turned into their breakfast restaurant. Very loud. Super messed up. There shouldn’t be a room directly in front of the bar.
