Great staff. Good room service. Nice room. Heat was broken during my stay but I survived.

I waited at least 15 minutes to be checked-in while the very exasperated front desk clerk attended to other chores in the lobby. Also, the room was insanely hot and I could not get the thermostat to respond. It was a very uncomfortable stay.
