We love this cute hotel and return often. The views of the Embarcadero and bay bridge are amazing most importantly though is the great front desk service, so friendly, efficient and accommodating. We have stayed at many hotels for in SF, this is by far our favorite!

Great spot, quiet but close to everything, service is great. Juan and Zami are excellent, as is having Perry’s downstairs, always enjoy the Griffon!

The room was practically a closet it was so small. No fridge no microwave. The sink was accessible by sitting on our bed it was so close. The ac didn’t work it was super stuffy. The service was great they were very nice but the room was horrible.
