The room was simple but most importantly — clean! My one issue is that I was there for four nights and they couldn’t find a blow dryer for me the entire time. It’s November in NY — it’s not like I could walk out with a wet head. Super frustrating. Also, they don’t service the room every day.

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I wasn’t able to stay in my room due to an emergency, I called to speak to a manager and no one answered nor did anyone call me back to resolve this issue after taking my information. I want to speak to someone for a partial refund or something. This was very inconvenient for me and handled unprofessionally.
