Fantastic boutique hotel located in the heart of Burbank. Excellent and courteous staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean and roomie. Small but elegant pool with food and drink service on demand. Third stay here and it never disappoints.

To name a few - false fire alarm at 445 am. Check in staff rude as could be and didn’t return - as promised - a call to advise that room was finally ready. Room has a broken toilet that maintenance fixed and promptly broke again. Avoid !!!
