We didn’t eat at the restaurant because the reviews are so bad. Do you have a problem there? I would have rather eaten in but went elsewhere. It would be smart to address this situation by publicly acknowledging the efforts to rectify the issues you have/had.

Bernie the driver was helpful and willing to go the extra mile- literally. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant had good food and service.

Heating/cooling unit was malfunctioning and it was 88 degrees in my room. Front desk said it was a problem throughout the entire building so switching a room wasn’t an option.
