Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie, aber sie konnten uns kein Zimmer mit zwei Betten geben. Am Schalter versprachen sie uns, uns ein mobiles Bett zu bringen, aber es kam nie an. Als wir danach fragten, sagten sie: „Oh ja, wir haben keins.“ Ich hätte ein anderes Hotel gewählt, wenn dies transparenter gewesen wäre.
