Reception was extremely nice and helpful! When my key wasn’t working, she came up and personally hand delivered another, and included a meal voucher- very kind! I would recommend!

It took more than one hour to check in because the manager had to be called on her day off to work with some new system. I won’t stay here again, and will likely skip Hilton Garden Inn in the future.
