I only stayed one night, but the front desk customer service agents were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and so was the bathroom!

Very deceiving charging a $35 “ urban destination “ fee that nobody informs you about. Also charged more than quoted for parking, but they took it off when I complained. I’d rather not have to fight for my rights when I’m traveling
