Rooms clean and beautifully renovated. Very small, 260 sq ft, but still cozy and comfortable. Price was right. Library with books signed by authors was very cool. Free coffee in the morning. Close to Portland museum.

Hot water for tea, coffee and milk ran out. No one was checking for empties. Registration desk had to get refills when not checking out guests on a sunday morning. We waited and waited. I lost 10 mins for a pitch bc client went chasing staff for coffee and milk refill.
